Refunds
A full refund will be issued for product that is returned with the original tags and receipt within 30 days of the product being purchased. After 30 days store credit will be issued.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issue when a product is returned without the original tags and receipt, or if the product is returned 90 days after the date of purchase.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color of a product you have ordered? Email us at support@redfoxna.com to request a prepaid shipping label. Once you download and print the label, send the product back with original tags and receipt, and note what you need in exchange (i.e. new size or color). Once we receive your package we will send the new products to you! Please note that exchanges depend on our available inventory, if we have questions customer service will be sure to contact you.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free shipping on all our returns or exchanges! If you need to make a return or exchange contact customer service for a shipping label. Please place the item and all packaging materials into the original shipping box and attach the return shipping label.
International Shipping and Returns
We do not have free shipping or returns for international orders. Please email customer service at support@redfoxna.com to return product that was shipped internationally.
