Shipping & Returns
For all exchanges and returns please email support@redfoxna.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your Red Fox product(s) you can return it(them) for a full refund or store credit.
Exchanges are accepted within 90 days from the delivery date and returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date and are 100% free! Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached. Store credit will be issued if the item(s) is(are) returned within 30 days from the shipment date without the original tags attached.
Refunded amounts will be applied to the original payment method used for ordering. We make every effort to process the refund as soon as we receive the product, but it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
Not Eligible for Easy Returns?
The return is past the 30 day return/exchange period. Please contact us at support@redfoxna.com with any questions or concerns about your return/exchange.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color of a product you have ordered? Send the product back with original tags and receipt, and note what you need in exchange (i.e. new size or color). Once we receive your package we will send the new item(s) to you! Please note that exchanges depend on our available inventory, if we have questions customer service will be sure to contact you.

Free Return Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all our returns or exchanges! If you need to make a return or exchange, contact support@redfoxna.com and we will process a return label for you. Place the item(s) in the original box, apply the new return label and send it back.
International Shipping and Returns:
We do not have free shipping or returns for international orders (beyond the USA). Please email customer support to return item(s) that was shipped internationally.
