Our Ultralight 20 is big enough for extra layers, food and water without adding to the load.
Trail runners will appreciate the impeccable organization of the Ultralight, which comes with four zippered compartments, an upper left and right,a bottom compartment, and a separate zippered hydration sleeve against your back. On either side of the bottom compartment are stash pockets for a small water bottle. When you're going ultralight and the pack's only half full, compression straps let you reduce the bulk. If you need to strap on an odd sized item there's a ladder chain up the middle to lash it to. ActiVent* molded suspension channels sweat away.

The way the pockets are designed is perfect for keeping things clean, organized, and safe during transportation. Easy to use and easy to remember where everything is. I absolutely love the different compartments!
I use my bag for work (carrying my laptop, sample supplies, and water bottle) and for rock climbing (carrying my shoes, harness, and snacks in the separated pockets).
With 3 liters of water and loaded with rain gear and all my essentials I don’t feel like I have anything on my back! I hiked 15.5 miles up to 12,000 feet in RMNP and this pack rocked it! Can’t say enough about it. It’s amazing how much gear I can fit in it!
I really love this pack. Honestly there is nothing I can say that is a flaw to me. Get one!
