Description

Toasty down mummy bag for adventure in the dead of winter.

Yeti sleeping bags are designed for winter mountaineering. Depending on how well you insulate underneath, the Yeti -30 will keep you warm and comfortable when the outside temps are in the teens (°F) and have an extreme temperature rating of -30°C/-22°F.

A DWR coating on a tough nylon shell provides protection from rain or the condensation that falls from the roof of the tent on a cold morning. Thick (2¾" / 7cm) rectangular baffles filled with 700+ fill power goose down deliver warmth in spades and good compressibility for using minimal space in your pack. There's a draft tube along the inside of the zipper and around the shoulders to block the cold out plus a snorkel tube around the face. Full length zippers allow two mummy bags to be zipped together. The toe box is longer on top for a more natural foot position and toasty toes.

Terrific sleeping bag!

My boyfriend is a gear snob, was a professional mountaineer, and even worked in Antarctica. He said this is the best sleeping bad he's ever come across! I agree! I've never felt a sleeping bag that felt so buttery soft on the inside. So comfortable and of course it keeps you toasty on cold camping trips. As a bonus it packs down very compact too! For less than 300 bucks (we got it on sale) this is incredible bargain.
