Our Ride BC ski pack is built for backcountry skiers and snowboarders. Besides being lightweight and tough it improves access to the multitude of gear you carry: skins, goggles, probe, shovel, helmet, and whachugot.

To a backcountry rider, skier or boarder, Ride does what few other packs do. Carry all your crap AND give easy access to any of it with the tug of a zipper. It helps you organize all your stuff, and allows incredible access to what's inside from nearly any angle - top, left, right, upper or lower corners - thanks to an ingenious use of quad-sliders zipping on the tracks of a super tough #10 YKK zipper that loops from the bottom of one side to the top and back down to the other corner pocket. The side panels fold down to provide two mesh pockets, four total, for stashing smaller items - skins, spare gloves, repair kit. When one side is open it provides incredibly open access to whatever is inside, even with skis lashed to the side or a board strapped to the back. On top are two zippered access pockets, a short one for goggles and a deeper one with a divider panel.

Compression straps hold skis solidly on the side, plus there are dedicated Hypalon reinforced straps on the front to hold a snowboard secure without worrying about the edges cutting the fabric. For the mountaineering minded, there are four ice-axe loops, two small and two oversized to slip skis through for lashing 'em diagonally. Of course it's hydration compatible, as all Red Fox packs are. There are two exit ports, allowing the tube to run on whichever side you prefer, left or right. In addition, there's a channel in the foam shoulder straps so your body heat and the foam padding keeps your water from freezing.

It all rides comfortably on your back thanks to molded padding on a contoured frame sheet that hugs your back but twists so you can knock out turns without the pack restricting you.

Excellent pants!

I'm an avid backpacker who backpacks in the USA and in other countries. I love these pants! They're moisture-wicking, lightweight and comfortable. They're also attractive. I can hike for the day, and then come back to the city I'm visiting and fit in with the business crowd. Very nice! These pants are of high-quality and keeps you cool in the summer. I highly recommend these pants!

Great!

Warm and comfortable baselayer. It could be used as a mid layer at cold temperatures. I really like the power stretch things. Regarding sizes, I am 6’0’’ and fit, I got L52 , it fits perfect

The price is so high. Bang for the buck! The price must come down to $70.00.

Great buy

Great durable bag

great pack

I bought this 3 years ago, it's been all over the world with me. Very happy with it! It's still looking pretty new after 3 years. The many compartments are very useful and convenient for finding your stuff. the hard back is great for carrying my laptop and external keyboard and there is separate pocket for them as well which helps the main compartment be more organized. The only downside is that the water bottle pockets on the side don't security hold a big water bottle, for me it would be better if they were taller, the strap above the pockets can lock in a taller water bottle but it doesn't work perfectly, sometimes the bottle falls out. Nevertheless very satisfied with this pack and recommend it.
