Super durable tarpaulin duffel bags for expeditions, near or far. No matter where you're going, by land or by air, if you're bringing everything but the kitchen sink you need a big burly duffel bag.
Red Fox delivers with a tarpaulin shell, big #10 YKK zippers, and plenty of sizes to chose from (30/50/70/100/120 liter). A thick PVC coating on the outside sheds everything from rain to rocks. The main compartment is accessed via a horseshoe shaped zipper. Inside there's some organizational sleeves.
The main handle has two layers of velcro to hold it shut, plus there's handles at either end in case it takes two to lift. If you need to shuttle it over some distance and you're the burro, there are shoulder straps to carry it on your back.

Took this bag on a plane to Canada for 7 day backcountry ski trip. Not only did it endure the beatings that are standard with airport luggage transport when checked (perfectly suitable as a carry on), but it was easy to carry along with my skis and backpack with it's multi-use straps - backpack, duffel carry (vertical/horizontal). I was able to pack it with my ski boots, 2 days worth of warm clothes (I reuse), toiletries, my avi planning gear (laptop, books, maps), water bottle, towel, etc. Waterproof and awesome look to top it off. 10/10 would recommend
Durable, water resistant, spacious, and affordable. I used the straps to wear the duffle as a backpack, while wearing a daypack on my frontside. This bag made my life easy and put up with plenty of abuse while shifting between planes, trains, SUVs, and boats on travels India.
Awesome bags, I have two. The 30L is a perfect carry on size and I love that you can wear them as backpacks. Very simple on the inside with just a small divider pocket at the nose and tail and then the one big main compartment. Waterproof as can be and really nice zippers too. Love these duffels!
This is my go to bag. I know own the 50 expedition which I use every time I go anywhere. It fits in all the overhead compartments on planes and I've never had any complaints from the flight crew. The backpack functionality is amazingly comfortable as well and very easy to carry even with a full load in it. The top handle isn't highlighted enough. It has a triple locking sequence so its very comfortable and secure to handle with one hand. Only complaint is I don't have one in every size.....YET! I also have the roller duffel. I use the 100L roller duffel for both my wife and I's scuba equipment and we travel all over with it...same result, just amazing bags!
