Good wind pants

These pants weren't quite what I was hoping/looking for, but I'm not disappointed in their quality or performance, for what they are, and especially at this amazing price. They offer little-to-no insulation (such as I get from running tights), but ARE wind and water-resistant, so are a worthy addition to my late-spring and early fall gravel- and road-cycling, at temps >55F, especially when I do these things in the rain. I'm 5'3", 125 pounds, and not "lithe" in build. So, while the pants (small) fit just right, even with my chamois underneath, I find them slightly restricting in the knees when I put tights or thin wool (IceBreaker) pants underneath. One plea: please put reflective highlights on the lower legs (calves) of your next edition. The only reflective patch on these are on the front, near the waist - not a spot that's going to be seen by vehicles approaching from behind.
