Incompetent customer service and lack of response

Thanks to Red Fox customer service, I never got to enjoy wearing this shirt. First off, I waited three weeks after submitting my order to receive the shipping notification. It wasn’t until after I emailed customer service that the item was shipped. When received, I realized I needed a larger size. I returned the item informing them I wanted a large. I waited another 3 1/2 weeks with no response. I emailed customer service again and received a notification they were sending a medium. I emailed customer service again informing them they had sent the wrong size and asked to either send correct size or a refund. They refunded me, but refused to refund shipping, which is ridiculous considering I’ve waited about 2 months from the time I originally submitted my order. This is my first experience with Red Fox outdoor equipment and I will never order from here again.
