Our Speedster 11 keeps volume to a minimum so you can keep weight down and your speed up.
Trail runners will appreciate the impeccable organization of the Speedster 11, which comes with four zippered compartments, of varying size. Access to the main chamber is fast thanks to the clamshell zipper. Inside the main compartment is a sleeve partitioning your hydration system. Front and top are small zippered pockets on the left and right sides. A separate fourth compartment, with zippered access, holds heavier items on the bottom. When you're going ultralight and the pack's only half full, compression straps let you reduce the bulk. When you need to strap on some tools there's a ladder chain up the middle. Mesh pockets on the padded hip belt are great for organizing smaller items or stashing a water bottle. ActiVent molded suspension channels heat and sweat away, to keep you from overheating while on the run.
In case you're wondering what that little ring is on the waistbelt? It's a pull-your-tired-friend ring. Clip a short rope to your friends PYTF ring, then wrap the other end around your waist and pull them along when they want to just lie down. Works in reverse if you're the one bonking.
